FURNITURE MOVING - Please remove small items of furniture and breakable items. Some items such as pianos, china cabinets, entertainment centers, etc. cannot be moved. Your furniture will be protected from moisture with blocks or tabs.

SPOT REMOVAL - Special cleaning solutions are applied to stubborn spots to assist in their removal when possible, during the regular cleaning process.

PRE INSPECTION - Before starting the cleaning process, the carpet is thoroughly inspected, paying close attention to any special areas of concern.

TRAFFIC AREA PRECONDITIONING - Specially formulated preconditioning agents are heated and liberally applied to traffic areas to lubricate and break down soils and oils to assure their maximum removal.

HEAVY DUTY HOT WATER EXTRACTION ("STEAM CLEANING") - Our CRI/SOA approved Truck Mounted Steam Way Powermatic Legacy 2100 will be used to assure maximum soil removal and minimum drying time.

POST INSPECTION & SPOTTING TREATMENT - Before leaving your home, the carpet is thoroughly inspected to insure your satisfaction. Any remaining stubborn spots will be retreated.

CARPET GROOMING - A professional brush will be used to assist in restoring the fluff and nap set of the carpet pile. This also assists in drying (speed drying available) and gives the carpet a groomed, finished look.

Residential carpets manufactured after January 1, 2007 by Shaw, Mohawk, and Beaulieu (the three largest carpet manufacturers with an 80%+ U.S. market share) recommend or require professional cleaning with cleaning systems, equipment, and/or cleaning solutions that have been tested or approved by the Carpet & Rug Institute (CRI) Seal Of Approval (SOA) program, to maintain your carpet's warranties. Effective January 1, 2008 Shaw warranties also require that professional service must be performed by an IICRC ( Institute of Inspection , Cleaning & Restoration Certification) certified firm.
